our story

Brother and sister duo George Christodoulou and Diana Valsamis continue a family tradition that started over 40 years ago. Parents Con and Anna Christodoulou have established a legacy within the catering and hospitality industry dating back to 1977 and have now passed the baton onto their children. 

 

As co-owners George and Diana bring a wealth of hospitality knowledge to The Kyle Bay and are hands-on with the day to day running of the business ensuring all aspects of each event is up to the highest standard.
