George Christodoulou


After graduating from Sydney University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Commerce, George worked in the finance sector. In 2002, he decided to join the family business on a fulltime basis at The Venus Reception Centre and pursue the industry he was passionate about – hospitality. Within the family run business George is primarily responsible for managing the accounting and financial position of the business. His finance experience and knowledge have ensured the business continues to grow. This was an instrumental factor in the acquisition of TKB and its continued success. George also has an active role in sourcing the most reputable suppliers and overseeing the ordering and back of house operations

Diana Valsamis


Having been born into the hospitality industry, Diana always knew she was destined for a career in the industry. After completing an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management in 1996, Diana worked within the family businesses, Cosmos Catering, the Venus Reception Centre, several 5-star hotels and numerous restaurants, gaining broader experiences within the industry. Diana now oversees all front of house operations for JAAKS restaurant and events at TKB. She is responsible for ensuring that all events run perfectly. Her meticulous planning and precision, together with her attention to detail and creative flair ensures that each event is delivered to perfection. She is also responsible for the human resource aspect including recruitment, training, staff development and retention.
